Heat Treatment Division
We have Heat Treatment facility.
Facility: Electrical heated Continuous mesh belt furnace line with Prewashing machine, Post-washing machine & Tempering Furnace with 175 – 200 Kg per hour capacity. Methanol-LPG atmosphere controlled through Oxygen probe will ensure oxidation free components.
Capacity : 150 Ton per Month.
Daromate Division
We have Daromate facility.
Facility: Al.Zn.Fl.Coating with two spinning, Dipping, Oven & Shot Blasting machines for this we used chrome free paint for healthy environment , with capacity 6 ton/12 hrs.
- It easily passed for 1000hrs in SST test.
